Creative Coatings Co LLC (Creative Coatings) Operates under a Quality Management System that complies with AS9100:2016 Rev D. As a supplier to Creative Coatings, it is understood that by acceptance of a Creative Coatings purchase order, your organization agrees to meet the requirements listed below. In this document, “supplier” refers to the company or entity Creative Coatings contracts with, via a PO, to provide raw materials, products, or services that impact Creative Coatings’ ability to meet its customer’s requirements.
By accepting a PO, a supplier commits to meet Creative Coatings’ requirements contained therein, including:
75% shelf life is required unless there is written approval.
Please Acknowledge receipt of this PO by return e-mail listing Expected Ship Date.
Please list tracking # & send Test report & C of C at time of shipment.
The use of approved products, services, sub-suppliers, methods, processes, and equipment.
Criteria for testing, inspection, and verification to occur prior to product release.
Any special requirements, critical items, or key characteristics.
Delivery of product on or before the stated required date.
Comply fully with AS9100 section 8.4.3 and all relevant subsections A-M.
Suppliers must notify Creative Coatings of nonconforming products detected both before and after product acceptance. Disposal methods of nonconforming products must be approved by Creative Coatings.
Creative Coatings will notify suppliers if non-conforming product is detected after product acceptance. Depending on the severity and scope of the nonconformity, Creative Coatings may issue a formal Corrective Action Request to the supplier of nonconforming product.
Supplier shall maintain a Foreign Object Damage (FOD) prevention program in accordance with the AS9146. Supplier shall flow down the FOD requirement to supplier and subcontractors at every tier.
In order to assure continued accuracy, relevant devices must be calibrated in accordance with ISO/IEC 17025 standard “General Requirements for the Competence of Testing Calibration Laboratories”. This standard is upheld by the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST)
In cases where changes to a process, product, service, raw material, or location may impact the supplier’s ability to meet Creative Coatings requirements the supplier must alert Creative Coatings in advance of this change.
Suppliers must flow down Creative Coatings requirements (including Creative Coatings’ customer requirements) to their supply chain as applicable.
Suppliers are expected to retain and maintain appropriate records of the activities listed above. The records must remain legible, readily identifiable and retrievable for a minimum of ten (10) years after product acceptance. In cases where the duration of retention is increased (ex. at the request of Creative Coatings’ customer), specific instructions will be provided on the PO.
